Additional Holidays: Additional and local holidays may be observed in some Service Locations. Please contact your On-site service provider for more details.

Please note: For products covered only by a 5x9 Business day contract an additional Service charge will be owed for support requests occurring on these designated holidays or on weekends. Fees for Service performed on these days will be at the Authorized Service Provider’s rates then in effect and will be payable by the customer directly to the Authorized Service Provider. Customer agrees to promptly pay any invoice received from the Authorized Service Provider for such Service.
