El procedimiento patentado Hyperfactor que utiliza REO 9500D es muy eficaz, y permite que todos los datos indexados queden guardados en la memoria RAM para un acceso fil a los mismos. | Warranty/Service | REO 9500D products are covered by a three-year hardware limited warranty. This warranty is administered worldwide through Field Replaceable Spare XchangeNOW? At the time of purchase end-users in most areas can purchase up to three years of on-site maintenance coverage to enhance availability or extend services already provided during the warranty period. REO 9500D products do not include software support and maintenance as part of the standard warranty. Support and maintenance on the REO 9500D software is available in one year increments and is included in all on-site support upgrades.
The REO 9500D products require a pre-installation site survey and professional installation by Overland or a qualified installation vendor. Customers within our 150 mile (240km) service area are eligible to purchase Bronze level of support. Professional Service offerings are available upon request. |
