- Eric Kelly
- President and CEO
- Eric Kelly has served as Overland's CEO since January 2009 and as a Board member since 2007. Previously, he was president of Silicon Valley Management Partners Inc., a management consulting and M&A advisory firm, which he co-founded in 2007. Mr. Kelly spent nearly 30 years in computer technology developing distinct operational, marketing and sales expertise. His most recent corporate position was vice president and general manager of storage systems solutions at Adaptec, Inc. Prior to that, he served as president and CEO of Snap Appliance, which was acquired by Adaptec. Two years earlier, Kelly engineered the purchase of Snap from Quantum Corp., having recognized the inherent value in Snap, where the main product he drove became the volume market leader in Network Attached Storage (NAS) appliances. His previous corporate affiliations include Maxtor Corp., Dell Computer Corp., Diamond Multimedia, Conner Peripherals and IBM. Mr. Kelly earned an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Business from San Jose State University.

Dr. Geoff Barrall is responsible for Overland Storage’s product development, including all technology, engineering, and research and development functions. With over 20 years of experience in the design, development and delivery of storage solutions, Dr. Barrall brings extensive operational experience and deep business insight to Overland Storage. Prior to joining Overland Storage, Dr. Barrall served as CEO of Data Robotics, a company he founded in 2005. With more than a dozen storage-related patents to his credit, he has founded five companies, including BlueArc Corporation and several IT and consulting services firms. He currently serves on the board of directors of Nexsan and previously served on the board of directors for Tacit Networks and the advisory boards for both Data Domain and NeoPath. Dr. Barrall earned his PhD in Cybernetics from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.

Kurt L. Kalbfleisch currently serves as chief financial officer and vice president of finance at Overland. Kurt joined Overland in December 1993 and since then has served in several key management roles in cost accounting and finance. Prior to joining Overland, he worked as a manufacturing budget analyst for McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a major aerospace manufacturer and defense contractor. Kurt received his MBA from the University of San Diego and a B.A. in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.
- Jillian Mansolf
- Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing
- Jillian Mansolf joins Overland as a storage industry veteran with a strong track record of success, including her tenure as an officer and executive at Snap Appliance. Currently, Jillian leads the worldwide sales and marketing teams, overseeing global sales and all aspects of corporate and channel marketing. Prior to joining the company, Jillian was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Data Robotics, the makers of Drobo, where she was in charge of building the worldwide sales and distribution channel and overseeing marketing and branding activities. She has also served as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Product Management at Motion Computing and was Area Vice President at Dell Computer Corporation where she managed a $400M business and helped grow the Large Corporate Accounts revenues to over $2B annually. Other executive tenures include Maxtor Corporation, where she was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for the Network Storage Division and Snap Appliance where she was a cofounder and a member of the executive team in charge of the sale of the business to Adaptec in 2004. Jillian received her B.A. degree in business administration, with an emphasis on marketing from Long Beach State University.
