- Location: San Jose (California)
- Provides high-level administrative support to Chief Executive Officer and serves as liaison to all departments. Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives, answer phones and direct all incoming calls to party promptly and efficiently, coordinate conference calls, collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals, and more.

- Senior Software Engineer
- Location: San Jose (California)
- This key position will be responsible for improving the performance and reliability of the Guardian OS system. The qualified candidate is expected to have: experience with Linux kernel development, specifically 2.6, and should have the ability to generate thread and process safe code running on SMP systems; experience with coding/modifying Linux kernel modules, MB chipset driver implementation including Super I/O chip, i2c devices, HW Monitor, interrupt handlers, NMI, ACPI, sleep registers, SCSI devices, SES devices, reading/writing flash devices, and CMOS data and strong C coding skills.

- Overland Storage is seeking a Public Relations Manager to assist in planning, creating and executing of company’s public relations activities. The Public Relations Manager will plan and implement public relations programs designed to create, maintain, and grow the brand image of the company – with the ability to work with both traditional and e-media. Will be responsible for driving activities and guide PR and IR agency contacts to generate market awareness through high quality, high frequency press coverage.
- Product Marketing Manager
- Location: San Jose (California)
- This position will be an individual contributor on the Overland Storage Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the promotion and messaging around Overland's disk-based storage technologies. This role will report into the Product Marketing organization and leverage the larger Marketing team as a services organization, and will be responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic and execution-focused marketing plans, positioning, messaging, as well as go-to-market tools for products with a specific focus on vertical messaging and industry specific technology partners. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who acutely understands data storage marketing.

- Primary responsibility is to support customer proof-of-concepts, partner testing, compatibility testing and benchmarking. Responsible for pre-sales support and some post-sales support as needed. This individual will provide support for Western Region Sales team on all products, systems and solutions as well as support other sales regions as needed.
