LoForti, President and Chief Executive Officer Vern LoForti has been the company's President and CEO since August 2007. LoForti joined Overland in December 1995 as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and was instrumental in the Company's initial public offering in February 1997. He also currently holds the post of Secretary of Overland and is the Company's primary investor relations contact. From 1992 to 1995, LoForti was CFO of Priority Pharmacy, a privately-held national mail-order pharmacy based in San Diego. From 1981 to 1992, he was Vice President of Finance at Intermark, Inc., a billion dollar publicly-held conglomerate based in La Jolla, California. LoForti began his career in public accounting where he served diverse clients from the Los Angeles office of Price Waterhouse. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University, is a California CPA and is active in Financial Executives International, where he is a past president of the San Diego Chapter. |

Kurt L. Kalbfleisch, Chief Financial Officer Kurt L. Kalbfleisch currently serves as our chief financial officer and vice president of finance. Kurt joined Overland in December 1993 and since then has served in several key management roles in cost accounting and finance. Prior to joining our company, he worked as a manufacturing budget analyst for McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a major aerospace manufacturer and defense contractor. Kurt received his MBA from the University of San Diego and a B.A. in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego. |

W. Michael Gawarecki, Vice President of Operations and Product Delivery
W. Michael Gawarecki brings 20 years experience in production, materials, and operations to Overland as Vice President of Operations and Product Delivery. Gawarecki joins us most recently from SubMicron Systems where he was Vice President, Operations. As Director of California Operations for Millipore Corporation (Tylan Products), Gawarecki incorporated world class manufacturing techniques that resulted in significant inventory and product cost reductions in each successive fiscal year. Gawarecki holds an A.S. degree in Electronics Technology and a B.A. in Business Administration. |

Robert C. Farkaly, Vice President of Worldwide Sales
As Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Bob Farkaly will oversee Overland’s global sales efforts, further strengthen relationships with value added resellers and distributors as well as drive revenue growth through the company’s portfolio of storage solutions. Farkaly is the architect and co-inventor of the REO SERIES of disk-based backup and recovery appliances. Prior to joining Overland Storage in July 2003, Bob was the co-founder of Okapi Software. Bob is a founding member of the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA), holds a MBA from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology. |

Ravi Pendekanti, Vice President of Worldwide Marketing
As Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Overland Storage, Ravi Pendekanti oversees all marketing elements including, setting the overall strategies for product management, product marketing, and eventual product rollout. Ravi comes to Overland from SGI, where he led the Worldwide Industry and Solutions Marketing, driving solutions into various segments to cover both commercial and research. Prior to SGI, Ravi led the Reference Architectures and Customer Ready Systems marketing at Sun Microsystems. His achievements included initiating and directing the Reference Architecture program at Sun, providing key substantiation to Sun's offerings in major markets. He received the Chairman’s award for his efforts in 2003 as they helped Sun grow business in some critical areas. He also served as the Vice President of Marketing at Intransa, an IP-SAN storage company. Ravi holds a MSCS from Florida Tech and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Kakatiya University in India. |
